I've been waiting for peaches forever. They are my second favorite summer fruits, after watermelons. And when they finally hit the market stands I grabbed a handful of them and threw them in the blender. So I've made a peach-mango smoothie for today.
Ingredients: 2 peaches chopped, 1 mango chopped, 1 cup sweet yogurt, 2 spoons honey

However, I'm not sure what "sweet yogurt" is. I'm not sure if it's just plain yogurt, or a flavor of yogurt?

DeleteThank you for your comment. Sweet yogurt is plain yogurt with added sugar, at least that's what is says on the package. So it is a little sweeter than the plain sour yogurt. I usually use Danone Cremosso or Muller Bianco, though I'm not sure if they exist in other countries. You can always use plain yogurt and add an extra spoon of honey or not if you like it less sweet :)
